i am not a good blogger
but i found something worth sharing. google is celebrating their 10th birthday - so in celebration, they have their oldest available index online for searching. which happens to be 2001, not 1998 like you would think. but it’s still cool.
try searching for stuff we just take for granted: ipod, myspace, youtube. or how bout serious world events that hadnt happened yet: 9/11, war on terror. or what did people predict would happen to the economy: i did a search for stock market crash - there’s an article called ‘would a stock market crash help real estate’. i don’t think they had the current scenario in mind :) anyway, it is kind of neat to read old financial articles about stocks, real estate, etc. especially since i’ve been obsessed with these subjects the last couple months.
maybe i will even post a top 5 today. but don’t hold your breath!
