ok,, due to special request… today’s top five is about nellie and bugsy again.  but here’s the positives: 

1. the way they look at you and tilt their head when you talk to them, you really feel like they understand you.  or at least that they want to understand you…
2. nellie is a great playmate, she will fetch whatever you throw, catch anything in her vicinity, and is always up for a swim, run, hike, or walk.
3. the alien-like noises that bugsy makes will always keep you laughing
4. they both are beautiful in their own way. nellie with her smile and pretty blonde hair, and bugsy with his little old man face. and they both have a habit of sitting in a way as if they might be mistaken for royalty.
5. and really, it’s their love.  they both love us so much, are always happy to see us, always want to snuggle or play, give us kisses, and just be with us.  it’s a pretty nice feeling. you just have to love them back.

so this weekend is my birthday camping weekend.  i’m headed to cape henlopen….and hopefully the weather cooperates!  turning the big 3-0.  so, the next time i post a blog, i will have already completed the young and fun part of my life
